Rental Rules at Enchanting Horizons
- Two Night Minimum
- No pets allowed. (We are not able to accommodate service animals)
- Not suitable for toddlers and children under 13.
- Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed inside. Smoking is allowed outside only.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No loud noise after 11 pm.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
- The maximum property capacity is 2 people.
- No shoes inside the home.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please don't touch the sculptures, they are delicate.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times for Central Time Zone.
- Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
- Only flush toilet paper and nothing else.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Do not use the premises for any illegal activity.
- Swim at own risk in the pond, no life guard on duty.
- The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
- The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
